Responsible for all facility maintenance operational functionality (HVAC,ACMV, MEP, Civil, Rack storage, Fire Fighting etc..). To perform diagnosis, maintain and correct problems related HVAC,ACMV MEP, civil, control and electrical faults, Rack storage, Fire Fighting etcConducting building regularization activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Coordinate with the Municipality, Qatar Civil Defense, and KM to fulfill the operational and building recertification requirements.
- Providing fire fighting services to prevent and respond to emergencies

Coordinate with consultants to complete design requirements for fit-out jobs and internal partition

work

Validate the scope of work with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Delegation & distribution of maintenance teams on day to day basis for all maintenance & supervision works.

Taking instructions on scope of works and providing updates on pending ongoing jobs to immediate manager.

Accommodating to customer (Internal & External) maintenance related complaints. Performing site visits with contractors to explain the scope of works to be executed. KPI/MWR/SOP implementation, recording and documentation improvement.

Ensure safety, material quality and execution quality through proper delegation of checklists as per the existing norms of the company.

Planning & Executing the Preventive maintenance at various onsite locations, planning manpower availability for the tasks, attending to call escalations and provide solutions.

Handover inspections of w/houses (Maintenance related) before allowing the customers to occupy the premises.

Internal & external (with the 3rd party contractors) Clarifications of all types of Maintenance /equipment/facility related drawings....
- Responding to E mails and submission of all documentation to customers and / or immediate supervisor.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Must be able to work under pressure & flexible hours through out any day of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechnical engineering.

Valid UPDA certified mechanical engineer with a C grade or above. Valid QCD certifiend Engineer for FF and ACMV

Computer and Software proficiency.(Auto cad, MS office, Excel, MS project)

Minimum Experience:
Six years of experience in HVAC, ACMV, fire fighting, and FM hard and soft service domains.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
