**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide the sales department by establishing defined goals and performance benchmarks to foster growth and expand market reach.
- Design and roll out holistic sales plans and initiatives that promote new business and increase room and event sales.
- Identify and acquire strategic corporate accounts, travel firms, event organizers, and VIP clientele.
- Cultivate and sustain lasting client partnerships to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing business.
- Perform thorough market assessments and competitive analysis to uncover trends, pricing strategies, and untapped revenue channels.
- Work in coordination with marketing, operations, and guest services teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Conduct compelling sales pitches, handle contract negotiations, and finalize major transactions.
- Track sales results, monitor KPIs, and deliver periodic updates to top management.
- Act as the hotel’s representative at industry expos, professional gatherings, and networking forums to boost brand presence and grow the business network.
- Support the creation and refinement of promotional resources, including brochures and online sales material.
- Remain updated on market dynamics, competitor activity, and evolving industry standards to refine sales efforts accordingly.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- 7-8 years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role within the luxury hotel or hospitality industry.
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations, client behavior, and competitive market positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and energize sales teams toward achieving goals.
- Strong abilities in negotiation, client communication, and relationship development.
- Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales support tools.
- Capacity to perform under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
- Fluency in both **English and Arabic** is essential.
- Must be currently residing in **Qatar**, holding a valid visa and QID.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR10,000.00 per month
