**About the Role**:
GS Project Specialist provides support on assigned projects and solutions in compliance with the project standards and processes of Ground Services, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost. The job supports all stages of the project lifecycle; through in-depth research and analytics, project pitching, end-to-end implementation, project tracking, risk mitigation, quality control and communications. Closely support GS Projects Manager for day to day activity tracking, and continuation of accountability within the department.

**Accountabilities include, but not limited to**:

- Monitor progress of projects based on Key Success Indicators, establish clear and conscious guidelines to standardize the process of benchmarking various levels.
- Manage quality control throughout project life cycle by maintaining delivery timelines, mitigating project risks, and act as a liaison with all project stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
- Support the development of project plans that are realistic, maintained and properly resourced.
- Support the delivery of all assigned projects, ensuring that it is within time, within cost and to the highest quality.
- Ensure communication of business cases and project briefs and related information to relevant stakeholders in order to maintain project timeline and requirements by ensuring that objectives are properly documented and followed.
- Adhere to corporate strategy by following project governance guidelines, maintaining/updating contractual terms and conditions in order to ensure that they are within company policies and procedures.
- Enhance project management capabilities by supporting the automation of processes as well as the introduction of new project management technology.
- Support the development and design of the project management framework and technology platform by defining the processes, training, implementation and accountability across each of the teams.
- Assist with the implementation of process flows and manage the execution of project milestones with a focus on maintaining or improving project/ service levels.
- Prepare periodic management reports and presentations capturing information on timelines and project completeness

**About you**:

- Minimum 4 years of job-related Experience
- Project management experience and skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools & PM software
- Ground Services/ Airline experience preferred
- Experience working on GS projects is a plus
- Good communication and presenting skills
