**Senior Sales Manager**

The Senior Sales Manager manages daily business development operations including meetings, incentives, conferences, and events as well as leads and manages all aspects of the sales operation, including leading management, account management, business analytics, and channel growth. The senior sales manager's objective is to increase the company's incremental and new sales while decreasing customer turnover. The Senior Sales Manager in this role sets targets that are consistent with achieving the overall business objectives and works to meet and surpass them.

**Responsibilities**
- Leads and provides strategic direction and taking responsibility for all marketing activities in the business.
- Maintain client database.
- Drive, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients of the Qatar National Convention Centre.
- Develops and implements marketing campaigns and programs that will continue to establish and increase the growth of the business.
- Implements a marketing and communications strategy to build brand awareness, market services, promote income generation, communicate programs, activities, and impact.
- Promote customer relations by displaying a positive attitude, identifying needs and meeting client expectations

- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic

**Educational Qualifications & Professional Certifications**
- Business Degree - Sales and Marketing, Communication or Hospitality.
- Operational knowledge of an event management computerized system - EBMS

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 to7 years of relevant work experience

**Salary**: QAR9,000.00 - QAR11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- 5 - 7 years working (required)
- Senior Sales & Marketing work (required)

**Language**:

- English and/or Arabic (preferred)
