Lead - Tender Executive

**Position Overview**:
Lead - Tender Department is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders and bids to secure new projects and business opportunities. This role ensures that all tenders align with company strategic goals, are compliant with client requirements, and are submitted in a timely and professional manner. The Lead also coordinates cross-functional teams, manages tender documentation, and maintains a comprehensive database of ongoing and past tenders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the tendering strategy in line with company objectives.
- Lead the preparation of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to gather required information for tenders.
- Analyze tender requirements and contribute to the formulation of competitive and profitable bids.
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents.
- Maintain a centralized database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors related to tendering activities.
- Conduct risk assessments associated with tendering and provide mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting tender processes.
- Lead and mentor the tender team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Review and approve all tender submissions before final release to get Management approval.
- Prepare reports on tender activities, success rates, and competencies learned for management review.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in tendering, preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of contractual and legal aspects of bids and proposals.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
**Applicants must be currently based in Qatar with an NOC (No Objection Certificate) and be available to join immediately.**
