**Job Summary**:
The Procurement Manager - F&B is responsible for managing and optimizing the sourcing and purchasing of food, beverages, packaging materials, and kitchen equipment. The role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, supplier performance, and timely deliveries to support smooth kitchen and restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for F&B products aligned with operational needs and cost targets.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers for perishable and non-perishable food items, beverages, disposables, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all sourced products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards including local food regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Monitor food and commodity market trends to forecast pricing and availability, and act proactively to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate closely with Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and Operations teams to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Implement inventory control practices to minimize waste, spoilage, and overstock.
- Track supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and service.
- Ensure timely delivery of items across multiple outlets or central kitchens as required.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and price lists; manage the procurement database and systems.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements without compromising quality or safety.
- Lead and mentor procurement assistants or officers as applicable.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 -10 years of procurement experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, shelf-life management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with local and international food sourcing regulations and import/export procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., ERP, inventory management systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet or hospitality environment.
