**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading daily kitchen operations for a fast-casual falafel-focused menu
- Creating, testing, and perfecting recipes for modern Middle Eastern dishes
- Managing kitchen staff, food prep, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Sourcing ingredients and ensuring high-quality, consistent dishes
- Innovating with presentation and plating to reflect our fresh, modern vibe
- Upholding cost controls and working within food cost margins
- Collaborating with owners and management on menu development

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a **Head Chef or Chef**, preferably in Qatar
- Strong background in **Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine**:

- Experience working in modern, fast-casual or contemporary kitchens
- Creative, passionate about food, and detail-oriented
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and local health regulations
- Ability to manage inventory, costing, and kitchen planning

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience launching or opening a new restaurant concept
- Familiarity with plant-based or healthier takes on traditional dishes
- Understanding of delivery-based business models (e.g., cloud kitchens)

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
