We are seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager** to join our expanding team in the **Health care and nursing services agency**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments and service units.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure consistent service quality.
- Support and monitor the execution of contracts to ensure profitability.
- Analyze operational and financial performance, with a focus on improving revenue and reducing inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and team coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Lead recruitment coordination for nursing and healthcare professionals.
- Enhance client satisfaction through responsive service and follow-up.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular operational and financial reports, including KPIs and comparisons to defined targets.
- Deliver detailed analysis on workflows, contract performance, and revenue streams to identify strengths and operational challenges.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business/operations management, ideally in healthcare or nursing.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and ability to use social media for business.
- Ability to work independently and handle urgent operational needs when required.
