Event & Promotions Executive (with QAtar Experience)

Hiring “**Event & Promotions Executive”** for our reputed Shopping Mall in Qatar.

**Salary Offered: 7000 QAR - 8000 QAR per month (Salary will be based on your interview performance)**

**Vertical: Shopping Mall**

**Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below**:
1. Should possess atleast **4+ year of experience in event planning, promotions management, and marketing including GCC market exposure**.

2. Experience in retail, shopping malls, entertainment venues, or hospitality industries will be an advantage

3. Must be **Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along with NOC**.

4. Should hold **valid Qatar driving license**.

5. Must have **Local market experience in organizing events in Qatar**. Knowledge of local market dynamics, cultural preferences, and regulatory requirements

6. Demonstrated success in organizing and executing events, managing promotional campaigns, and fostering community engagement initiatives.

7. Familiarity with the retail industry, consumer behaviour trends, and marketing strategies relevant to shopping malls and entertainment complexes is advantageous.

8. Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple events and promotions simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and managing budgets effectively.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, tenants, corporate partners, and community members.

10. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.

11. Having the similar experience mentioned as per the Job responsibilities is very essential.

12. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

13. **Should be flexible to work on Night shifts during Events / upon requirements.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan, organize, and execute events within the mall premises.
- Coordinate with external vendors, performers, and suppliers to ensure smooth event logistics and execution.
- Oversee event setup, decoration, and signage to create engaging and immersive experiences for visitors.

**- Promotions Implementation**:

- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales for tenants within the mall.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Plan and implement promotions for both the mall and the entertainment center.

**- Community Engagement**:

- Develop initiatives to engage with the local community and build positive relationships with residents, schools, and community organizations.
- Organize community-oriented events, such as charity drives, educational workshops, and cultural showcases, to foster a sense of belonging and connection.
- Partner with local charities and non-profit organizations to support community welfare initiatives and social responsibility programs.
- **Corporate Tie-Ups**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate entities for co-branded promotions, and cross-promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional activities and events in collaboration with different corporate companies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

**- Tenant Relations**:

- Liaise with mall tenants to understand their promotional needs and objectives and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives & cross-promotions.
- Provide support and assistance to tenants in planning and executing their promotional events and activities within the mall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
