The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition is accountable for strategically leading and developing a team of talent acquisition experts that partner’s with the business to manage all of its volume hires, whilst providing recruitment expertise, decision making support, market intelligence, analysis and insight to business leadership teams through a tiered Recruitment Business Partner model. Integrate talent acquisition activity with workforce planning by building strong working relationships with the business as well as the rest of HR and the Finance functions. They will own and deliver continuous improvement in the quality, timeliness and cost of hiring for the Qatar Airways Group
- Contribute to the development of the Qatar Airways Talent Acquisition strategy for volume hiring and act as a Champion, including influencing key stakeholders around the company and adopting new processes, tools and behaviours.
- Provide market data and analysis to aid the business with annual medium and long term workforce planning.
- In conjunction with the business and HRBP continually evaluate and identify talent gaps across the Company and work with the Executive Recruitment, Sourcing and HRBP to ensure recruitment plans are in place to support succession planning and delivery.
- Continuously refine and evaluate TA’s delivery strategy and objectives to align with HR initiatives and wider company objectives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure a positive level of customer satisfaction, to influence hiring requirements and align with TA’s Policy.
- Engage, promote and lead TA’s sourcing and outsourcing model to support company growth and as and when demand requires.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience. Volume or Bulk Hiring.
- Proven success at developing, mentoring and managing high performing teams.
- A consummate leader and business partner.
- Experience managing volume or bulk recruitment
- Experience in managing Agency and RPO providers
- Experience of working within a global organisation
- LEAN Sigma / process improvement qualified (preferred)
- Project / Programme management qualified (preferred)
- Previous experience of implementing Direct Recruitment Models
