**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all administrative activities and office procedures.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist in HR functions such as onboarding, timekeeping, and leave tracking.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain data security.
- Support the finance department with basic accounting and invoice processing.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or HR practices is a plus.
