Office Manager

Real estate office managers perform the responsibilities:
- Working directly and/or liaising with real estate property owners
- Overseeing and managing the planning and execution of the overall plan for the management of a property and/or employees
- Communicating real estate management plans with specialized staff and/or professional personnel
- Overseeing and managing the activities of staff on all levels, including recruitment and hiring, performance reviews, and termination when necessary
- Travelling to supervise all real estate locations if multiple properties are involved
- Meeting and/or liaising with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts
- Monitoring budget and system management, including annual budgets, the schedules for various employees, the utilization of estate facilities, and payroll management
- Acting as the direct representative of the estate in compliance with the property owner’s interests. Excellent management skills which enable a real estate office manager to ensure that all parts of the estate operate smoothly

- Strong leadership skills; since a real estate office manager interacts with a large household staff and must be able to encourage them to give their best and also be proud of their work
- Strong technical skills, since he/she must have profound knowledge of spreadsheets and calculation software to efficiently and accurately keep track of payroll, schedules, and space management
- Excellent time management skills, as he/she must ensure that certain tasks are completed on time
- Excellent negotiation skills, since a real estate office manager must lead the negotiation of contracts with vendors and arrive at good deals
- Several years of professional and/or proven-work experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
