**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior staff
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communication
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and personnel files
- Maintain office systems, processes, and policies for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate facilities management and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Liaise with finance or accounting teams on expense reports and petty cash
- Prepare internal reports, memos, and executive-level documents
**Qualifications**
- Strong English communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office systems
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Qatari labor law and local office norms is a plus
**Preferred Profile**
- **Arab national**currently residing and working in Qatar
- Experience working in a bilingual (Arabic-English) office environment
- Able to work independently, maintain discretion, and handle confidential matters
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
