**Job description**:

- **Oversees the daily functioning of all branches**:

- **Maintain stability of a healthcare center, and predict future logístical needs.**:

- **To ensure patients safety, by enforcing rules and policies.**:

- **To recognize trends in data to plan future projects and monitor the daily operations of a healthcare facility.**:

- **Managing Staff : supervise and evaluate healthcare facility staff, including the doctors and technician rosters, doctors and technicians vacation planning.**:

- **Manpower planning for the medical team**:

- **Ensuring safety : protect patients, managers ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the healthcare facility.**:

- **Implementing/recommending and/or improving policies and procedures**:

- **Creates weekly reports that convey the daily logistics and the long-term impacts of these daily logistics on the healthcare facility.**:

- **Replace failing and outdated equipment and maintain adequate amounts of healthcare supplies.**:

- **Making sure of service continuity at all time**:

- **To collect significant data and use the data to improve patient care. and suggest improve business operation / service provided.**:

- **communicating with personnel : by fostering strong communication across medical staff and non-medical staff, and create an efficient work environment.**:

- **To make decisions to resolve problems quickly**:

- **To ensure patient satisfaction, cultivate and efficient and safe environment**:

- **Manage effectively supply chain required materials and consumable all the time in cooperation with procurement manager to ensure smoothly operation of the business without any interruption.**:

- **Managing Policy : to implement policies and oversee the staff compliance to policies**:

- **Managing QC & QA of all machines in all branches to ensure their readiness at all time.**:

- **Manage the monthly roster (timetable) in all branches effectively at all time.**:

- **Manage TAT time of all processes effectively at all time**:

- **To achieve all KPIs mentioned in the smart objectives appraisal form with a defined success matrix which will be prepared and signed upon joining.**:

- **Perform any other tasks assigned by Managing Director.**

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven **work** experience as **Operations Manager** or similar role.
- Healthcare sector experience added advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related
- Must be Male
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and **operations management**.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Leadership ability.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
