**Job Description** AECOM**is currently recruiting for the role of Senior BIM Coordinator (PMC), this position is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on a PMC project.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate BIM processes across PMC projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and quality control of 3D models throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with various disciplines to resolve design conflicts and optimize building systems integration
- Conduct clash detection analyses and provide solutions to mitigate issues
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices and software utilization
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to current processes

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in Qatar or Middle East region
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and building systems integration
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
- Experience with additional software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification process
- Proven track record of successful BIM implementation in large-scale construction projects
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
