**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Evaluation:

- Review architectural plans, specifications, and project scopes to gain a comprehensive understanding of carpentry requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

2. Cost Estimation:

- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for carpentry work, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure precision in cost calculations.

3. Bid Preparation:

- Generate comprehensive and competitive bids for carpentry projects.
- Work closely with the bidding team to develop strategies that enhance the company's chances of winning contracts.
- Present and explain estimates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and ensure accurate estimates.
