E-commerce & Social Media Executive

Manage e-commerce and social media platforms reflecting the business goals and objectives to build the brand in the territories it trades in.
- E-commerce and digital platforms should be represented in Arabic and English
- Using the platforms to build the brands in both awareness and sales
- Delivering a strong online presence complying with the company and the Host Brand guidelines
- Daily, weekly and monthly updates to ensure the platforms are reflecting the marketing, social media plans while considering the current stocks, promotions and marketplace
- Regular review of the website functions, look and feel. Web banner and /or pop ups to maximize traffic and sales
- Monitoring the website traffic and behaviors to understand out customer behaviors and needs, reporting to management for understanding and change if required
- Regular review of SEO terms and tags for effective digital searches across all platforms
- Sponsored Ad management, planed and executed within pre-agreed budget to deliver on agreed objectives. Post campaign analytics for review and learnings
- Monthly analytics shared to management for review, lessons, and future planning
- ROI - Return on Investment focus, and review to ensure Ad spend is justified
- Ensure self-learning to keep up to date with each platform, changes and restrictions, ensure the digital plan is adapted accordingly to remain visible and drive e-commerce
- Inventory management to be reflected in e-commerce platforms and issues or concerns escalated
- Collaboratively work with operations and logistics counterparts, stakeholders and external suppliers to bring products to life digitally, be it existing products, new launches or promotional periods for strong returns.
- Ensure your knowledge of each product is maximized and be the “go to” person for knowledge on product and inventory internally and externally via our customer service channels
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure information and replies from all our platforms are responded in an accurate, professional way with Arabic translation when required
- Communicate all enquiries from our digital platforms with customer service and escalate any issues or concerns for swift resolution
- Work closely with the inventory and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively on our socials to drive sales and build our audience
- Communicate with legal department via senior management when required to ensure website and social content do not breach guidelines and ensure the company is always at no risk of breach in Qatar and territory laws.
- Manage projects as assigned by the senior management
- Liaison with the multifunctional team for relevant details required to complete the role.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to refine social media Plans and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Creative Director for content and Brand Strategy for social planning.
- Strategically plan and manage digital and social platforms.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle on all platforms.
- Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times.
- Arrange e-commerce store, categories goods, SEO tagging.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws and regulations in Qatar.
