**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - Food & Beverage (F&B)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the F&B sector, including corporate clients, catering contracts, and retail distribution.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create and present tailored proposals and sales pitches aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and client communications using CRM systems.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings to expand network and visibility.
- Monitor and report on business development performance and KPIs to management.
- Stay updated with F&B industry innovations and competitor activities.

**Key Expertise & Skills**:

- Proven track record in **business development or sales within the F&B or hospitality industry**.
- Strong understanding of **F&B products, service models, pricing, and customer behavior**.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Strong presentation skills and proposal writing capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in business development or sales, preferably in the F&B industry.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in B2B F&B sales, catering sales, or multi-outlet restaurant business.
- Established network in the local F&B, hospitality, or corporate sector.
