IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Camp Boss to oversee daily operations of our staff accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to supervise a large workforce, and ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and housekeeping across the camp.

JOB TITLE: Camp Boss

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 8 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: QAR /Month

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Good Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Experience: Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar supervisory role.

NOC Requirements: Required

Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage day-to-day camp operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, catering, and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate a large number of employees, ensuring smooth workflow and discipline.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene across all camp areas in compliance with company standards and health regulations.
  • Monitor food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure proper allocation of rooms and maintain updated occupancy records.
  • Handle camp-related issues promptly, including maintenance requests and employee concerns.
  • Oversee waste management, pest control, and general sanitation activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and camp rules at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Camp Boss or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a large workforce effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of hygiene standards and facility management.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to camp operations.
  • Computer literacy and basic reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
