**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum two years’ experience as Pastry & Bakery Cook or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, Hospitals, Event management & Catering Contractor.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To organize and set up all the resources within the work area under his responsibilities.
- To ensure timely preparation of bakery and pastry as per set menu and within the set cost.
- Able to prepare all types of bakery and pastry items.
- Responsible for bakery/pastry products, bakery cleanliness and cost-effective innovative dishes.
- Strive for better presentation methods by maintaining the highest standard of service.
- Skilled in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
- To ensure timely preparation of food as per set menu and within the set cost.
- To ensure quality, quantity and hygienic food is served with particular emphasis on presentation. To try and ensure minimum / no wastage (excess food balance).
