In return, we offer you great career opportunities to grow yourself in a truly global culture where respect, value creation, collaboration, integrity, and gratitude are highly valued and exhibited in everything we do. - Responsible for Sales activities for systems and solutions in Qatar - Independently manage customer accounts & facilitate order intake - Involve in the sales process from RFQ to Purchase order/ Contract - Responsible for Use of CRM/ Sales Force, generation of monthly reports - Responsible to Create opportunity for each RFQ received in CRM/ Sales Force, keep track of the BCD & quotation submission on time. - Follow-up the submitted quotations and update status in CRM/ Sales force. - Support for tender activities - Coordinate with Legal division for NDA review, T&C review etc - Initiate the tender bond related request internally and follow-up with bank for achieving the bid bond on time. - Study each Instruction to Tender requirements and Extend support for tender preparation ( printing, filing, stamp scan etc) as per customer requirements - Ensure compliance to organizational policies - Facilitate Quote submissions during the absence of Sales team member - Coordinate for vendor registration & product qualification with Qcompanies - Soft skills: Proficient in MS-Office Suite( Word, Excel, Outlook) - Self learner in organizational policies, procedure & process related to sales.
