- **Experience**: minimum10 years of HR management experience in GCC, preferably in the **plant, machinery and heavy equipment sectors**.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Proven experience with performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Expertise in managing HR processes in an industrial or construction environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.

**Language**: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
