**Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks to project timelines and develop mitigation plans.
- Analyze and assess the impact of changes on project schedules.

**Reporting and Communication**:

- Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighting key milestones, delays, and potential issues.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Manager in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Arab Nationality.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working in Qatar's construction industry.
- UPDA Certified
