**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Develop Planning Strategies**:Create and implement effective planning strategies and processes to ensure project success.
- **Coordinate with Departments**:Work with different departments to align project goals and resources, ensuring smooth execution.
- **Monitor Project Progress**:Track the progress of projects, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on schedule.
- **Prepare Reports**:Generate and present detailed reports on project status, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- **Manage Planning Team**:Lead, mentor, and develop the planning team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Ensure Compliance**:Ensure all planning activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- **Budget Management**:Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate risks associated with planning and project execution.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, roads, drainage, sewer, PW, etc.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related role.
- Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
- Proficient PC skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera Project Management /P6 and Primavera Contract Management / Expedition, and Power BI.
- Must have good command of English both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MMUP is a must.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and local codes, particularly in the Middle East or GCC.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and check project plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time.
