**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients in the events and hospitality industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Maintain and expand a client database, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the events and hospitality sectors within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.

**Benefits**:

- Basic salary range: QAR 3,000 - 4,000
