The applicant will be required to be knowledgable of crowdsource last-mile services and various clients within the food, ecommerce, cargo, and distribution industries.
The aim of the Business Development & Sales Executive is to expand the company’s customer base, and increase profitability by identifying business opportunities, growing & enhancing the company's presence on the market, and building relationships with clients & customers.
- Initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling/ responding to inquiries generated from advertisement.
- Presenting product/service information to customers once needs have been identified.
- Optimize lead generation and client onboarding in the designated region.
- Schedule outbound sales call meetings to market the business
- Communicates all necessary information with company stakeholders.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal & external sales and marketing departments, vendors, distributors, customers.
- Increasing the eciency of business procedures by meeting with operational and sourcing departments.
- Monitoring the sales activities of competitors and utilizing appropriate ideas.
- Collect feedback from clients on a monthly basis on overall performance & satisfaction
- Researching new markets & emerging market trends within the region.
- Handle and resolve client queries & complaints.
- implement periodic recruiting, training & onboarding of newly hired drivers when necessary.
Necessary Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales
Experience in management preferred
Negotiation & Sales skills
Communication & Interpersonal skills
Analytical & organizational skills
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures The ability to work under pressure
**Salary**: QAR7,500.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
