**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT projects with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement an IT project strategy that supports business growth and innovation.
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project activities with organizational priorities.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
