We have an urgent vacancy for a Commercial Director of Infrastructure for a position in Qatar in the Middle East UAE. This is a full-time permanent position with a world-class well-known Construction Consultancy for their offices in Doha Qatar in the Middle East.

This is a senior management vacancy and we are seeking someone who can not only manage service delivery of large infrastructure projects but in addition someone who can manage the Infrastructure Business Unit. So ideally you will have experience at a Senior Level doing this

Our clients are one of the premier Construction Cost consultancies in the Middle East and indeed across the globe. This is a Commercial Director role and requires a significant background of Quantity Surveying in a Consultancy environment.

**Requirements for the Commercial Director job Doha, Qatar**:

- Stafford Lawrence is seeking a Commercial Director or Director or Cost professional for this vacancy in Doha Qatar. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in a very senior-level position. The role will be based in Doha Qatar providing service delivery for large infrastructure projects along with overseeing the Infrastructure Business Unit. This role will require Business Development experience at a senior level.
- Strong dynamic client liaison experience is a requirement.
- In addition to Senior Level experience with a consultancy, you will have at least 15 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant with a cost consultancy organisation.
- You must also have experience of managing a team of Quantity Surveying professionals
- In addition, a BSc degree qualification specifically in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is also an essential requirement.
- We are also seeking specific experience of **Infrastructure** projects but in addition experience of Civils or Roads and Highways or Land Reclamation
- You will also have extensive service delivery and post contract experience for Infrastructure projects
- This role is urgent, therefore we are seeking someone who can be available in 1-2 months.

An excellent total package salary is available for this Commercial Director job vacancy in Qatar.
- 60,000- 70,000 QAR per month total package
- Plus medical insurance provided on top

- Bonus as per Qatar Law, which is a percentage of your basic monthly salary paid per annum
