Institutional Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Submissions & Participation**: Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, from preparing and submitting bids to ensuring compliance with all government and institutional requirements.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions and large-scale government-linked organizations, and drive sales growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, government bodies, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and market trends within the government and institutional sector.
- **Negotiations & Contracts**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with government institutions, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding sales progress, tender status, and market insights.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all tender documentation, contracts, and sales processes comply with local laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, specifically with government entities and large government-linked companies such as, Q Companies, and similar institutions.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong communication and negotiation skills in both languages are essential.
