Standards and Procedures Officer

As Standards and Procedures Officer, you will be responsible to assist the Manager Standards and Procedures and the team in implementing procedures that allow the standards to be achieved and maintained.

Accountabilities:

- Conduct aircraft cabin/operations areas inspection that will assist the department in determining compliance to inflight service standards and procedures
- Liaise with PDD - Aircraft Interiors, Aircraft Programs, PDD - IFE Content and IFE and Connectivity Engineering to obtain information and updates regarding aircraft cabin interior, systems and process, including inflight entertainment systems and connectivity
- Coordinate and work closely with PDD - Inflight, Catering Services, QACC, QAS and other departments to obtain information and updates regarding food and beverage, equipment, amenities, service concept and uplift procedures to generate communication for cabin crew
- Work closely with Ground Services and network Airport Service Managers in order to obtain and publish updated and necessary information about crew’s and customers’ destination entry and exit requirements
- Benchmarking of direct/indirect competitors
- Coordinate and work closely with the team’s specialist in order to provide regular updates about the daily, weekly and monthly activities and project assignments
- Support PDD, Ground, Lounges and Inflight with social media campaigns, fit checks, tracking and analyzing of trial data, special projects
- Assist in the provision of relevant data and information to respective QR departments
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of cabin crew information available in the crew website
- Effectively assist in disseminating information in a timely manner to partner departments and all cabin crew regarding updates and notices affecting in-flight services, cabin safety and other relevant information
- Process assigned voyage reports and identify trends or instances that highlight a need for department or company action to address issues raised by cabin crew

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience - preferred experience as Cabin Crew, with the Standards and Procedures unit or service design team in an international airline
- Strong knowledge and understanding of international standards of on-board product
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language
- Preferred good knowledge and experience of QR cabin services standards and procedures
