Standards and Procedures Specialist

As Standards & Procedures Specialist, you will be responsible to develop and maintain materials and effectively communicate in policies, standards and procedures to all Cabin Crew.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, write, distribute and continuously update all service manuals, reference guides, product and services notices, reminders, leaders’ alerts and any other communication across all communication channels, with full consideration of the target audience, to ensure 5-star service.
- Evaluate customer, crew reports/feedback and data obtained from other departments and external sources in order to identify areas of improvement to the current product and service offering and present findings (by reports or other means) to the respective Product Specialists and Managers.
- Engage with cabin crew, lounge representatives and ground agents in relation to our current product and services through all available platforms (including Yammer).
- Responsible for the accuracy of content for products and services on I Prism / MS Teams / Aeroducts or any other corporate platforms used by Cabin Crew
- Participate in ongoing digital communication forums between cabin crew, lounge representatives and management to respond to current product and service initiatives.
- Complete on ground observations, as guided by line Manager and present findings for improvement.
- Action any changes to the onboard or lounge experience outside of regular working hours as instructed by Line Manager or Product Managers.
- Represent PDD for Marketing and Social Media shoots / campaigns in liaison with Product & Service Managers on the areas of focus for each of the shoots.
- Alert management on any product and services issues faced in any customer touchpoint.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (experience in supervisory position is preferred)
- Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful colleague communication activity
- Proven ability to translate complicated messages into simple engaging language
- Excellent command of the English language
- PC literate
- Ability to present work quickly and accurately, under pressure and to deadline
- Excellent craft skills in all aspects of communication
- Willing to work occasionally long / unsocial hours to meet the needs of the business
- Demonstrate creative flair and innovative thinking
- Results driven
- Good knowledge and experience of QR product and services is preferred
