1000 Walls is a dedicated design and build Interior Fit-Out and FF&E company with a focus on providing exclusive, functional, and long-lasting turn-key interior design solutions and services. We have tremendous experience working with architects, interior design firms, engineers, developers and clients in the public and private sectors for Interior fit-out works.

We are urgently looking for Operation Manager for our Joinery Division. You will be responsible for managing and leading manufacturing operations and all related activities, Planning, organizing and directing manufacturing operations. You should be effectively planning and organizing to ensure proper manpower utilization within existing departments and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement.
- Continually improving safety record by addressing both physical issues and employee safety attitude.
- Coordinating all subcontractors and personnel on-site and closely working with the client on a daily basis.
- Setting out manufacturing/equipment need for general joinery process.
- Ensuring that both the health and safety project plans are implemented and that the budget is followed in terms of purchases and wages.
- Outstanding track record of fostering close working relations with organizations within the operational community.
- Organizing workers and ensuring that they are performing as required while conducting regular site inspection.
- Coordinating with subcontractors on-site and maintaining close liaison with the client
- Successfully completing projects on time and within budget while ensuring that stipulated safety rules and regulations were met.
- Responsible for coordination with setting out lines to ensure all dimensions are accurate for site construction.
- Developing and maintaining productive client relationships
- Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.

**Requirements**:

- A professional individual with a cooperative attitude, even when under pressure.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in carpentry & joinery works and minimum 5-6 years relevant experience within Interior & Fit-out Industry.
- To be reactive to quality and technical concerns and have the ability to find resolutions in a timely manner.
- Experience in heading the training and development of operatives.
- Confident and clear communication skills (Oral & Written)
- A flexible approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded and able to identify improvements
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way
- Driving License is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR4,986.00 - QAR25,273.00 per month
