We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician** specialized in both **hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment**. The technician will be responsible for **maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing** a variety of kitchen appliances used in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other food service establishments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in **hot equipment** such as ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, warmers, combi ovens, and toasters.
- Diagnose and repair **cold equipment** such as refrigerators, freezers, chillers, ice machines, cold rooms.
- Perform routine **preventive maintenance** on all kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret **technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints**.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities..
- Provide **emergency repair services** when required (including after hours or weekends).
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in kitchen equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in maintaining and repairing both hot and cold commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong knowledge of **refrigeration systems**, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to **diagnose problems quickly and accurately**.
- Certification or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Vocational training or technical diploma in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration.
- EPA certification (for refrigerant handling - if applicable in your country).
- Valid driver’s license (for field service roles).

**Work Environment**
- Work is typically carried out in commercial kitchens, often in hot or cold environments.
- May require standing for long periods and working in awkward positions.
- Some roles may include travel between multiple sites.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
