**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their soft service requirements and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

**Service Coordination**:

- Coordinate and supervise soft service teams, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other related services.
- Develop and implement schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while adhering to quality standards.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established protocols and address any deviations promptly.

**Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to soft service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service teams.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate soft services seamlessly with other facility management functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in soft service coordination or a similar role within the facility management industry.
- Strong understanding of soft service operations, including cleaning, landscaping, and security.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
