Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

**Job Purpose**:
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled **Head Barista** to lead our coffee operations and elevate our café and beverage offerings to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily coffee bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the barista team to deliver consistent service and product excellence.
- Develop and refine coffee recipes, beverage menus, and brewing techniques aligned with brand standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coffee machines and equipment.
- Manage stock levels and ordering of coffee beans, supplies, and materials.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create unique coffee experiences and seasonal offerings.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Proven experience as a **Head Barista** or **Senior Barista** in a 5-star hotel, specialty café, or luxury hospitality environment.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for service excellence.
- Barista certifications or training from recognized coffee academies is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
