**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot **lighting, audiovisual (AV), and sound systems** for live events, conferences, and ceremonies.
- Conduct pre-event system checks and ensure all technical equipment is functioning properly.
- Adjust audio levels, lighting effects, and video projections to enhance the event experience.
- Collaborate with event planners, production teams, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and manage all AV and lighting equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
- Assist with load-in and load-out of equipment before and after events.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as an **AV Technician, Lighting Operator, or Sound System Technician** in live events.
- Proficiency in **sound mixing, lighting consoles, and AV setups**.
- Strong understanding of signal flow, audio processing, and lighting programming.
- Experience with brands like Yamaha, Shure, QSC, Allen & Heath, Pioneer DJ, MA Lighting, or similar.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and transport AV and lighting equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in **AV, Sound Engineering, or Lighting Design** is a plus.
- Experience working in **corporate events, concerts, or live productions**.
- Knowledge of DMX, Dante, and other industry-standard protocols.
