**About the Position**:
We are currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Used Car Buyer to work with our passenger car division in Qatar.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Buying pre-owned vehicles as required by the Stock Target report and the daily stock availability report
- Ensuring that the KPIs of Purchase, Stock Age, Trade Sales and Gross Margin are met or excelled
- Appraising the vehicles technically and accurately estimating preparation expenses and valuing it as per latest valuation guide and Stock Target / availability reports
- Providing trade-in services to New Car Executives by appraising and valuating part exchange vehicles
- Capturing the details of all the appraised vehicles in IS Auto through Zest and maintaining the Zest appraisal file for regular follow ups and purchases
- Completing the negotiation, purchasing and transfer of legal ownership of the purchased vehicle and providing the required documents to the Administration department in order to process the purchase
- Ensuring that the vehicles are purchased with all required accessories

**About the Job**:

- Be educated to Degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Have the technical ability to appraise vehicles and estimate their repair cost
- Excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills Be able to tactfully handle customer grievances and feel confident in resolving customer complaints
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to deal with people of diverse nationalities at various levels
- Competent in using MS Office
- Qatar driving license
- Ability to speak, write and read English to deal with supervisors and customers
- PC literate; knowledge of SAP preferred; relationship builder; the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers, good listener
