**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads for corporate events, social gatherings, weddings, meetings, and banquets
- Respond promptly to event inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and conduct site inspections
- Negotiate event packages and close sales in line with revenue targets
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to guarantee seamless execution of client requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and event details in the CRM system
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities as needed
- Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales or coordination within the hospitality sector (hotel, resort, events venue, or similar)**:

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage end-to-end event execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software or CRM systems
- Professional appearance and client-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the event schedule
- **Locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar visa and QID**
