HR Admin Specialist

The **HR Admin Specialist** plays a key role in managing full cycle recruitment and employee relations functions across assigned business units.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Schedule interviews with HR and heads of departments
- Ensure the smooth transition of new staff upon joining by preparing necessary facilities such as workstations, computers, phones, etc. in coordination with relevant departments
- Assist in other recruitment and onboarding tasks as directed by the HR Director
- Ensure the proper execution of tasks for different business units in KSA, UAE and Oman for functions including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, payroll support, leave management, performance appraisal, training and development, offboarding and employee discipline.
- Perform other administrative tasks that may be required from time to time.
- Prepare reports that may be requested by the management.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the human resources department
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Law
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
