Responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategy, plans and to enhance brand image whilst achieving sales targets and ensuring quality in the sales process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales department objectives.

2. Planning/Recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

3. Responsible for scheduling sales staff.

4. Providing yearly the forecast sales volume and budget to the management.

5. Provide the sales process/product Training to the sales team (existing and new comers) from time to time.

6. Preparing daily, monthly and annual sales reports.

7. Follow up the outcome of the sales leads with the sales team generated by the ads, campaign or social media etc.

8. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and as existing customers.

9. Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas

10. Communicating and building a healthy relationship with suppliers

11. Working with the General Manager in regard to pricing strategy business development goals and current market conditions

12. Working with GM and preparing the Business & Marketing Plan for suppliers from time to time

13. Personally involvement by meeting with individual customers and paying fleet/field visits to generate the sales

**Qualification, Training and Experience Required for this Position**:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

2. 5+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership

3. Experience in implementation of automotive dealer standards

4. Experience of developing a strategic business & delivery plan

5. Highly motivated and able to work under his own initiative

6. Possessing advanced communication and presentation skills

7. Advanced management skills and negotiation skills

8. Confident with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills

9. Fluent spoken and written English (Arabic would be beneficial)

10. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
