Technical & Project Coordinator (Architecture/sales)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings for project planning and submission.
- Prepare and compile technical documentation, submittals, and presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals.
- Coordinate between the technical team and clients to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Follow up on project submissions, approvals, and client communications.
- Support sales efforts by creating visually effective and technically sound presentations.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools, documentation logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients on technical and commercial matters as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical coordination or support role, ideally in architecture, contracting, or construction.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic sales aptitude, including client interaction and presentation preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa/NOC.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local authority submission requirements.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
- A proactive and client-oriented mindset.
