**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and organizing office layout and space utilization.
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars for executives or teams, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports; maintain and organize files, both digital and physical.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
- **Financial Support**: Assist with processing invoices, tracking budgets, and handling expense reports.
- **Data Entry**: Input and maintain company data in databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
