**About the Role**

Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR Team supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. As the Talent Acquisition Contracts & Procurement Officer you will perform operational and functional tasks associated with Talent Acquisition (TA) contracts-related projects in order to sustain and improve the department’s operating model. Support manager to ensure governance is maintained in all talent acquisition business finance and contractual decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Talent Acquisition contracts, including the preferred supplier list and all other service-related agreements.
- Review provided services against contract terms and conditions to ensure timely delivery of services and optimum benefits are received.
- Work with line manager and procurement team to ensure that talent acquisition contracts privilege is protected during the drafting, negotiation and finalization process, and route highlighted risks (if any), to Group Legal.
- Act as a point of contact for Talent Acquisition vendors and facilitate the procurement process and address TA’s procurement related project queries, and data requests.
- Assist with the delivery of Talent Acquisition projects, which require the development of work processes (e.g. contract approval, procurement documents, business case, reconciliation of statistics) or database management in coordination with the major stakeholders e.g. IT, Finance, Group Legal, Group Procurement and Internal Audit.
- First level approver for Talent Acquisition invoices. Validate and approve subscription invoices, implementation invoices, recruitment charges, agency invoices and any other related invoices.
- Identify improvements to administrative, financial, procurement or contractual related policies, processes and templates which may affect Talent Acquisition and propose improvements to line manager to ensure continuous enhancement of internal processes.
- Coordinate with line manager to ensure all proposals are responded to immediately, critically evaluated, aligned to policy guidelines and maintain reports on performance to ensure project success.
- Monitor contract milestones and other billing activities to create detailed reports for portfolio records at specified intervals.
- Maintain Talent Acquisition’s contract database in the Company’s Contract Management System (CMS) and monitor renewals and cancellations.
- Implement operational procedure, processes to ensure consistency in management of contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers/providers to ensure they meet required company standards and set SLAs.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Contracts Management or relevant organizational experience in dealing with Contracts and Supplier Management.
- Commercial or Operational experience within an Airline.
- Decision making and Problem-Solving skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of contracts documents
