The Cafeteria Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and staff performance. This role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Management**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the cafeteria.
- Supervise food preparation and service to maintain quality and consistency.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage kitchen and service staff.
- Motivate team members to provide excellent service.
- Handle staff issues such as attendance, discipline, or conflict resolution.

**3. Customer Service**
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Handle complaints or feedback in a professional and prompt manner.
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

**4. Inventory and Supplies**
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
- Place orders and receive deliveries from vendors.
- Prevent wastage and manage cost control.

**5. Financial Duties**
- Assist with daily sales reporting, petty cash handling, and cost tracking.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and fair.
- Work with accounting or owner to manage budgets and expenses.

**6. Health & Safety Compliance**
- Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain necessary health and safety documentation.

**7. Reporting & Coordination**
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and management.
- Recommend improvements or menu changes based on customer preferences and trends.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in food service management or as a restaurant/cafeteria supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Basic understanding of budgeting and inventory software/POS systems

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
