**Experience**

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen or similar food preparation role.
  • Familiarity with food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Skills**

  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Good knife skills and understanding of food preparation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

  • Assist senior chefs with food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  • Store and label food items properly.
  • Ensure proper handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support in receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks.
  • Take initiative to learn and develop culinary skills.
