Cargo Network Support Coordinator

About the role:
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless communication flow from/ to the network stations by responding and resolving all operational queries on a shift level and ensuring that all outstanding operational query/mails are addressed or escalated where required. Report and record key recurring issues from/to the network for escalation in order to take actions for continual improvement and thereby enhance the quality aspect on the day-to-day operations.- Maintain 100% Safety, Security and punctuality in all accountable aspects of freight handling.- Monitoring CFM and VSH shipments for FAP and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the status.- Follow up on UU/NN shipments in the warehouse for onward booking in liaison with the airline.- Ensure that all the accountabilities detailed in the PCI (QAS Network Operations team - Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities) are fully complied.- Distribution of assigned consumables to the network based on the prevailing SOP’s.- Liaise with airline representative where required to ensure smooth flow of operations.- Ensure Airline standard procedures are followed and implemented for compliance.- Communicate and coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth flow of cargo transfer in relation to the monitoring functions assigned by the Line Manager/Department Manager.

About you:
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience-
- Command of English language-
