**The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team**:
Serve as liaison between assigned business leads and global mobility by championing policy and educating key stakeholders on the standard tools and processes; with a focus on immigration standards; Provide support and guidance to Programs & Services team, COE, and other key stakeholders with a focus on immigration to ensure global mobility services meet the operational needs of the business; Assist in resolving complex program and employee level issues/cases that are escalated in partnership with Global Mobility COE, Legal, HR, and others where immigration is key to a compliant solution; Partner with external immigration vendor and internal immigration stakeholders to ensure all company processes and internal documents are in place to support immigration protocol for multiple countries (28+) ;

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Partner with service provider to improve immigration support and processes across multiple geographical regions and synthesize survey data to ensure a robust partnership and positive expat experience;
- Intake requirements from suppliers and execute immigration related documents with business stakeholders (Programs, HR, Legal)
- Serve as Point of contact and SME for program / business queries on immigration process
- Assist with complex immigration cases and partner with the Global Mobility COE and other stakeholders to escalate and resolve these challenges
- Review and approve all service provider invoices to ensure accurate billing and cost impact

**Skills Required**:

- Capable of influencing others regarding policies, practices, and procedures;
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on business areas
- Project management skills
- Problem-solving, bias for action and meeting planned objectives
- Ability to gather facts, analyze, and understand complex problems and communicate and achieve a solution
- Strong Written and verbal communication inside and outside the team and company
- Working knowledge of key immigration processes and requirements; ability to comprehend legal risks and the importance of compliance
- Proven capable of collaboration and driving results across a highly matrixed organization

**Education/Experience**:

- 8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced to expert knowledge of immigration processes and practices across multiple countries interfacing with multiple vendor contacts/service providers
- May have broad knowledge of project management.
- Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements within job area
- A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years experience
