**Responsibilities**:
- Manage HR documentation, recruitment processes, and employee records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
- Support daily office operations and coordinate with different departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
