**Business Development Manager - Air & Sea Freight - Qatar** **The Client**: Our client is an SME forwarder, looking to expand their client portfolio across the region. They are providing end-to-end design, implementation and operational capabilities in freight forwarding, contract logistics, transportation management and distribution management. They offer every customer a service tailored to their specific needs, built on their formidable experience across a broad range of market sectors. **The Role**: Managing the complete sales cycle from identifying prospective clients, making your own appointments, visiting clients to sell air, sea and Road import and export services worldwide. Someone with a database/ portfolio of accounts they can bring or a business plan would be preferable so they can hit the ground running. This exciting role offers tremendous opportunities for those with genuine account management and sales ability to be rewarded for their success. - You will be a Multimodal sales professional with experience bringing on Sea and Airfreight accounts. - Road experience would be advantageous, but Air and Sea will be your main focus. - A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a freight forwarding company (In a sales role) - Good communication skills at all levels. - Self-motivated, with a desire to succeed in securing new business & maximizing profit - A closer with drive and energy and a proven track record as they will want you to demonstrate your proven success/ achievements in a past similar role. - You will be used to using a company CRM system We are looking for ambitious consultative sellers who want to make money **The package**: Salary range 10,000>15,000 SAR a month (Dependant on experience) + Company Laptop, Paid Sim Card + Annual flights home, Visa and Health Insurance. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Freight Forwarding Services SALES: 4 years (required)
