Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

GCC experience is mandatory. Qatar experience is preferable.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Estimation capacity with Oil & Gas Steel Fabrication and Piping

works in the middle east.
- Extensive experience in estimation and bidding within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas processes, equipment, and materials.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Thorough knowledge of costs and pricing structure in oil and gas sector.

**Responsibilities**:
**Estimation Leadership**:

- Lead and oversee the estimation team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement estimation strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure that estimation processes are efficient, accurate, and up-to-date with industry standards.

**Bid Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end bid process, from reviewing tender documents to final submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather relevant information.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive and competitive cost estimates.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project estimates.

**Cost Control**:

- Establish cost control and process to monitor project expenses.
- Track and report on actual costs compared to estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.

**Vendor and Supplier Relationships**:

- Collaborate with procurement to maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost competitive bid.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and quotations.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present detailed and accurate estimation reports to senior management.
- Maintain records of estimation data, historical costs, and benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
